Balance and Breath Gentle Yoga
6 week series
Tuesdays 10 am-11.15 am
A mindful and gentle yoga practice that encourages the use of props, modifications and therapeutic alignment to develop a nourishing and personal experience for each student. We use meditation and breathwork to balance the pace of the mind, isometric work to nourish the muscles and joints, and mindful transitions to bring awareness to the body moving. Caro’s teaching is founded in the anchor of raw experience, encouraging students to meet themselves where they are.
Open to all Levels.

About the instructor:
Known for her empathy, well-placed gentle humor, and attention to the essence of her poses, Caro draws students seeking an integrative approach to emotional balance and physical wellness, blending the complexities of yogic philosophy into classes that teach to the bodies in the room. Her classes are not planned, rather they develop organically from what is present each day. This person-centered method allows her to attend to each student on an individual level within the nurturing context of the group, and is her greatest joy within her teaching life.
Caro is a Yoga Therapist in the Boston area and is the Owner and Director of The Yoga Space at the Farm, a yoga and meditation retreat center in Canton. She has been practicing yoga since 1996 and teaching since 2006, completing her 200hr Training with Alan Finger in NYC and then her 500hr+ Therapeutics Training with Bo Forbes and the New England School of Yoga Therapeutics in 2013.
