Come out to Fruitlands this Fall to get fit while taking in the inspirational scenery of Prospect Hill.
Led by Certified Personal Trainer, Theresa Hoberman, this progressive, personalized workout for all levels will strengthen your muscles, improve your balance and get your heart pumping. The exercises will build on each other weekly.
Workouts will be different each week and will include mobility and flexibility to warm up and cool down before and after each session, incorporating strengthening, pilates exercises and yoga stretches.
Fridays, September 14-October 19 from 9:30-10:30am outdoors when the weather is amenable, inside on inclement days.
Exercise or yoga mat required. Please be sure to complete our provided health questionnaire and waiver before attending class.
About Our Instructor: Classes will be led by Theresa Hoberman, Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Mat, TRX and Barre instructor, Cycling instructor, as well as RYT 200 Yoga instructor.
