In keeping with the spirit of community and the inspiration of William Cullen Bryant's enthusiasm for exercise, The Fruitlands Museum is offering a 6-week Fitness Series! This progressive, personalized workout for all levels will strengthen your muscles, improve your balance and get your heart pumping. The exercises will build on each other weekly resulting in noticeable endurance and strength gains. Each workout will include mobility and flexibility to warm up and cool down before and after each session.
Wednesdays May 9th to June 13th from 9-10am outdoors when the weather is amenable, inside on inclement days. Exercise or yoga mat required. Please be sure to complete our health questionnaire and waiver before attending class.
