This eight-week course is intended for those new to yoga and for those who would like to strengthen their practice. Come quiet your mind, relax your body, and allow your spirit to be filled with peace as you explore meditation, asana and breathe work. Students should wear comfortable exercise clothing, and bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and a pair of yoga blocks if you have them.
The first six sessions, April 19th-May 24th, will be taught by instructor Diane Borton. The final two weeks, May 31st and June 7th, close out the series with instructor Theresa Hoberman.
