What is our relationship to the natural world? In this one-day intensive, you will be challenged to create multiple fresh studies outdoors in your choice of media inspired by the fleeting light and evolving color of the beautiful vistas of Katama Farm. An organized approach to a limited color palette and strong compositional preliminary sketches will support image making as it relates to value and color. Our painting and drawing process will organically integrate expressive light and color. All levels of experience and media welcome! (This workshop is geared for adults but teens are welcome.)
