Introduction to Artisan-style Baking

The class will introduce methods for making good artisan-style bread at home and focus on using local ingredients: produce and herbs available at the Farm Institute and the Red Fife wheat that is now being grown on the Vineyard.
Come ready to make dough, taste some breads and learn about why local wheat is an exciting new thing for the Vineyard.
Participants will sample bread (and cheese), bake bread and please bring a container to take home buns ready to be baked!
