Each Friday from July through September, join local meditation teacher Sandrine Harris for this grounding class in the Naumkeag gardens. Participants will learn various techniques for settling their minds, relieving stress and gaining a deeper connection with nature. Each class will have both sitting and walking components. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and to wear comfortable clothing for walking and sitting. The class begins at 9AM, so please plan on arriving a few minutes early in order to park and walk to the gardens. Please consider signing up online in order to pay in advance. However, if you need to pay that day all payments happen after the class in the gift shop. Once the class is finished participants are welcome to spend an hour enjoying the grounds.
