Please note that we require a two-night minimum stay on most weekends, and a three-night minimum stay on selected holiday weekends. We suggest that you book your stay as early as possible. Reservations are accepted up to twelve months in advance.
- Check-in is between 3PM and 8PM. If you will be arriving later than 8PM, please contact us to arrange a late arrival. Check-out is at 11AM.
- Because so many of our guests are coming to the inn for a quiet retreat, children twelve 12 years of age and older are welcome.
- With consideration for non-smokers, smoking is not permitted anywhere in our buildings, veranda, or surrounding grounds.
- We are sorry, but the Inn does not accept pets of any kind.
- All rooms have wireless internet access, however, there are no televisions at the Inn.
- A deposit equal to 50% of your stay or one night, whichever is greater, is required to guarantee your reservation.
- The inn has a variety of wines and spirits available. The inn's license does not permit liquor to be consumed on premises that were not purchased from the inn.
- Rentals of the entire inn are subject to a signed contract with special policies.
Cancellations
While we understand that life does not always unfold as planned, our Inn is small enough that even one cancellation makes an enormous difference. We, therefore, ask for your cooperation in observing a 14-day cancellation notice prior to your expected arrival. If you cancel with less than the required notice, your credit card will be charged for the full balance of the nights reserved. If your deposit was made by cash or check, you will be billed for the full balance of the nights reserved. Refunds will only be made for those nights that we are able to re-book the rooms reserved. A $25.00 processing fee per accommodation is charged on all cancellations and is deducted from all refunds. Any change in your reservation dates, except for an extension, will be considered a cancellation.
Please note: The Inn will be closed during the months of January, February and March 2010. We will be available Monday through Friday from 9AM to 4PM to answer your telephone calls, emails and take your reservations for the upcoming season.
