Chef Carolyn Grieco
Since graduating from Culinary School in 1990, Carolyn’s career has weaved its way through unique experiences including restaurant cook and caterer, corporate chef, private chef, kitchen manager, opening her own bakery, and teaching creative cooking classes along the way. Throughout the years Carolyn found herself drawn to the simplicity of fresh local foods and the beauty of the farms around her. And so it is that she ended up working at several family farms in Massachusetts, privileged to cook with ingredients from their very own fields and proudly leading her to define herself as a ‘farm chef’. “Sharing this passion is a joy….. a wonderful opportunity to teach others the pleasure and simplicity of farm-to-table cooking in New England!”

Jenn Knight is a Chef Instructor at her alma mater, The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, the Pastry Chef at Maggie’s Farm in Middleton, MA, part time, and she manages a freelance catering, personal cheffing business and blog, Jenn Knight Cheffing. She is a chef instructor, pastry chef, personal chef, multi-tasker in the kitchen, blogger, aspiring food photographer and writer.
