2008 Reservations Schedule
Reservations are accepted by phone only. Check the schedule below to find your desired dates. Then call to make your reservation during the week indicated.
To make a reservation, call 978.249.4957, Monday – Friday, 9AM–5PM. We cannot accept email or voicemail reservations at this time.

2008 Rates

Waterfront Site Non-waterfront Site
$28 per night for up to 4 campers* $24 per night for up to 4 campers*
*Add $4 per night for each additional camper over the base of 4

2008 Member Discounts
For reservations made before May 2, 2008, Trustees members save 50% off the base rate for stays of up to 5 nights.
For reservations made after May 2, 2008, Trustees members save 20% for all nights.
Discounts apply to one site per membership.
Reservations Policies
Campsites are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
Reservations for non-holiday weekends require a minimum stay of 2 nights. Reservations for holiday weekends, including Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, and Columbus Day, require a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Patrons may reserve a campsite for a maximum of 14 consecutive days.
Patrons must submit a 50% deposit payment for weekday reservations and 100% for weekend reservations no more than 7 days after the reservation is made in order to guarantee the site. We accept credit cards, cash, money orders, or personal checks for deposit payments.
There is a $30.00 fee for any returned checks.

Rentals and Other Fees
Firewood: $10/load
Ice: $2.50 per bag
Visitor Fee: $4 per person per day
Canoes & Kayaks Rentals: A permit/waiver must be signed. A $10 per hour fee will be charged for late returns
2-hour rental $20*
4-hour rental $35*
1-day rental $60*
2-day rental $100*
3-day rental $130*
5-day rental $250*
Sunday - Thursday: Twilight Rate (non-holidays) 6-8PM $10*

Cancellation & Change Policy

For cancellations or changes made 10 or more days prior to the date of the reservation:
A $20 processing fee will be charged and the balance of the deposit will be refunded or credited toward the new reservation. Patrons may request a rain check instead of a refund for the balance of the deposit if they are unsure of when they would like to reschedule their stay.

For cancellations or changes made less than 10 days prior to the date of the reservation:
No refunds will be issued. A $20 processing fee AND one day's rental fee will be charged and the balance of the deposit will be credited toward the new reservation or issued in the form of a rain check at the patron's request. Rainchecks will not be issued after 11AM of reserved date.
Rain checks are good for one calendar year from the date issued.
Patrons that do not show or call the Campground at 978.249.4957 by 9PM on the first day of their reservation forfeit their entire deposit and their guaranteed site.

2008 Group Camping Policy

Monday-Thursday nights: No limit on the number of sites that groups may rent. Groups pay regular rates for sites. Groups renting 8 or more sites are entitled to a discounted extra person rate of $2 per person per night.
Non-Holiday Weekends (Friday-Sunday nights)-also applies to Fall Season: A maximum of 16 sites may be rented by any one group, of which a maximum of 8 sites may be on the waterfront. Groups renting 8 or more sites are entitled to a discounted extra person rate of $2 per person per night.
Holiday Weekends (Friday-Monday nights)-also applies to Fall Season: A maximum of 10 sites may be rented by any one group, of which a maximum of 5 sites may be on the waterfront. Groups renting 8 or more sites are entitled to a discounted extra person rate of $2 per person per night.
