Resource Protection
The mission of The Trustees of Reservations is to preserve "properties of exceptional scenic, historic, and ecological value in Massachusetts."  These range from mountain top vistas and scenic byways to endangered species habitats and decorative arts collections.

Scenic Resources
The Trustees protects the scenic resources on our reservations through a variety of land management tools, including clearing mountaintop vistas, restoring agricultural fields, and preserving historic structures.
