Volunteers participate on a monthly basis as part of a regular group or sustainable team. The team works with the Trustees' northeast property Superintendent and develops an annual list of projects for completion. Each month the team is responsible for the development of a work plan with specific tasks and an associated completion schedule. Examples of projects are invasive species control, boardwalk construction, trellis restoration and various other maintenance activities negotiated with the Trustees. |

| Location |
Crane Wildlife Refuge, Castle Hill, Crane Beach, Greenwood Farm, Old Town Hill and other Northeast properties as projects are identified and negotiated for volunteer implementation. |

| Required Skills & Abilities |
The volunteers bring a variety of skills to the team. All skills are welcome. The team works to identify personal interests and skills and teams up various volunteers to specific work tasks. All members participate in meaningful task completion. |

| Time Commitment Needed |
The group meets the last Saturday of the month. Works tasks take between 4-8 hours. |

| Notes |
Bring lots of enthusiasm, work gloves and general work clothes. From time to time special items will be required but, the volunteers are notified in advance. |
