Spring Kick-Off Event at Moose Hill Farm, Sharon

Gather with friends and family to explore one of The Trustees’ newest reservations, Moose Hill Farm in Sharon. Take part in a Quest (an educational treasure hunt that involves answering questions, using map skills, and deciphering clues that will lead to a hidden "treasure" box), mingle with fellow Council members, and enjoy a picnic on the lawn. 2008 Conservation Council Summer Gatherings
Council members are cordially invited to attend a season of casual behind-the-scenes tours, picnics, and hikes. For many of these events, friends are most welcome; they’re a great opportunity to learn more about the Council, or to introduce The Trustees to friends, family, and co-workers!
Nature Walk at Norris Reservation, Norwell

Bocce Tournament at Long Hill, Beverly

Gather with friends on a summer Sunday afternoon in the gardens at Long Hill. Enjoy a few rounds of Bocce, bring a light picnic dinner, and relax! Make a day of it and spend the morning at one of The Trustees’ nearby properties, including Crane Beach, Appleton Farms, or Halibut Point.
Check back often as new Gatherings are added frequently. Currently in the works are plans for a Dog Walk at Appleton Farms, a kayak trip and bike ride in Boston, and a Council castle at Sandblast! Interested in hosting your own Gathering? Contact Julie Williams.
Council Clambake at Steep Hill Beach, Ipswich
September 6, 2008 | 1PM – 5PM
A favorite! Our annual celebration of a great summer comes complete with kites, relaxation, lobsters, sandcastles, burgers, guided tours, and more. Council members will savor one of the last beach days of the year on the secluded tip of Crane Beach, with incredible views of Ipswich Bay. You must be a current Council member to participate.
