Greenhouse Volunteer - The Stevens-Coolidge Place

Got a green thumb? Then we need you! Become a Greenhouse Volunteer and help us maintain the remarkable gardens at Stevens-Coolidge Place. Our Greenhouse Volunteers will help with general cleaning of the greenhouse, including picking up dead leaves and litter, planting, watering, deadheading, repotting, and weeding. Volunteers will also take and start cuttings from gardens in fall. In addition, you’ll Pot bare root roses for our annual fall Plant Sale, and start and monitor vegetable seedlings in winter and early spring.


Location

The Stevens-Coolidge Place, North Andover


Required Skills & Abilities

Interest in gardening and caring for plants. Training and support will be provided.


Time Commitment Needed

Approximately 2-4 hours per week, more can be accommodated.
