| The Highlands Community Initiative (HCI) is a group of neighbors and volunteers working to enhance the quality of life and rural character of our communities. You can be a partner in this vital effort by volunteering as an official representative of HCI at local events, such as town/county fairs and festivals, where you’ll work at our display table. You’ll set up and attend to the display; speak with interested individuals about HCI, the Trustees, and our programs; and sell selected HCI publications. |
