We offer secure on-line shopping using industry-standard technology, such as firewalls and secure socket layers (SSL), a sophisticated internet encryption technology that scrambles data sent from your computer to our web site's servers. Placing Orders
Orders may only be placed on-line using a credit card or you may print out your completed "shopping cart" and mail it in with a check or money order payable to The Trustees of Reservations, 572 Essex Street, Beverly, Massachusetts 01915-1530.  There is a $25.00 charge for bounced checks.  

Please do not send cash or place an order by personal letter, fax, or e-mail.

Prices
To help you make the most of your visits to properties, trail maps, self-guided tour brochures, and interpretive guides are priced as affordably as possible.  Books and other merchandise serve as fundraising opportunities, and are priced accordingly. Note: Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Discounts
Trustees of Reservations members who have joined, renewed, or rejoined online, receive member discounts on selected items in the store.

Sales Tax
Sales tax (5%) is automatically added to orders with addresses within Massachusetts. Customers from other states are solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes.

Shipping & Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges are included with some products and added to others.

Forms of Payment

Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express are accepted.  If a product will be out of stock for more than a month at the time of your order, we will deduct the product's cost from the charge; please re-order at a future date.  If a product will be out of stock for a month or less, we will debit the full amount of your order and send you the back ordered product when it is received in stock (at no additional shipping & handling cost to you).

Check or Money Order: Checks and money orders are accepted. If a product is out of stock at the time of your order, we will deposit your check or money order upon fulfilling the balance of your order and forward the back ordered product as soon as it is received in stock (at no additional shipping & handling cost to you).

Confirming Orders
On-line orders are confirmed by e-mail.  For security reasons, we show only the last four digits of your credit card number.
