Conservation Buyer Program - The Trustees of Reservations

The Trustees of Reservations has launched a completely updated Conservation Buyer Program, thanks to the generous support of an anonymous grant. The revised program connects conservation minded buyers and sellers via a listing of properties with significant scenic, historic, agricultural, or ecological values. Only properties currently on the market and worthy of conservation protection will be listed. The Conservation Buyer Program works cooperatively with the real estate community and does not charge a fee for the posting. In some cases, the Trustees may be able to assist in locating conservation minded buyers and structuring the transaction to ensure that the land becomes permanently protected by a conservation restriction. Currently, there are eight significant conservation properties posted on the website.
