Charles River Conservancy	The Charles River Conservancy is a nonprofit advocacy group dedicated to the renovation, maintenance, and enrichment of the parklands of the Charles River Basin, including parkways, bridges, and pedestrian access walkways from the Science Museum to the Watertown dam.
Charles River Cutler Park to Commonwealth Avenue Protection Group	The Charles River Cutler Park to Commonwealth Avenue Protection Group, also known as a "Stream Team", is a group comprised of local citizens who are working to protect and enable public access to the natural beauty, ecological diversity and biological health of the segment of the Charles River between Cutler Park in Dedham and Commonwealth Avenue in Newton.

Massachusetts Water Resources Research Center	The Massachusetts Water Resources Research Center has three objectives: to develop new technology and more efficient methods for resolving local, state and national water resources problems; to train water scientists and engineers; to facilitate water research coordination and the application of research.

They educate the public on ways to keep the waters healthy and viable, while increasing recreational opportunities on the river and along its banks.
The Great Marsh	In Massachusetts, the North Shore's Great Marsh is the largest continuous stretch of Salt Marsh in New England, extending from Cape Ann to New Hampshire.
Vernal Pool Association	The Vernal Pool Association is an environmental project of Reading Memorial High School and works to encourage the appreciation, protection and interdisciplinary study of vernal pools, particularly by students.
Water Resources Research Center	The Water Resources Research Center (part of The Environmental Institute at UMass, Amherst) encourages and supports a diverse program of research, information transfer, and public service and training, accessing the talents of all academic institutions in the state to meet state, regional and federal water resources need.
Water Supply Citizens Advisory Committee	The Water Supply Citizens Advisory Committee advises the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority and the Metropolitan District Commission on water conservation and watershed protection strategies.

Clean Water Network	The Clean Water Network is an alliance of over 1,100 organizations that endorse our platform paper, the National Agenda for Clean Water. The Agenda outlines the need for strong clean water safeguards in order to protect public health and the environment.
Ducks Unlimited	Ducks Unlimited is the world's largest nonprofit private sector waterfowl and wetlands conservation organization.
Freshwater Society	The Freshwater Society has been the nation's leading public nonprofit organization dedicated to conserving, restoring, and protecting freshwater resources and their surrounding watersheds.
Ground Water Protection Council	The Ground Water Protection Council is a nonprofit organization whose members consist of state and federal ground water agencies, industry representatives, environmentalists and concerned citizens, all of whom come together within the GWPC organization to mutually work toward the protection of the nation's ground water supplies.
National Conservation Buffer Council	The National Conservation Buffer Council is a nonprofit, private sector organization dedicated to the promotion of agricultural conservation practices, particularly buffers, that address water quality concerns.
National Ground Water Association	The National Ground Water Association is a not-for-profit organization founded to provide guidance to members, government representatives, and the public for sound scientific, economic, and beneficial development, protection, and management of the world's ground water resources.
North American Lake Management Society	The North American Lake Management Society's mission is to forge partnerships among citizens, scientists, and professionals to foster the management and protection of lakes and reservoirs for today and tomorrow.
