Partners in Conservation
As Westport residents, we all enjoy the results of Westport's long and rich agricultural history – the Town's pastoral landscapes, scenic villages, unspoiled riverfront and expansive beaches.
In an effort to preserve the Town's rural character, the Westport Land Conservation Trust (WLCT) and The Trustees of Reservations (The Trustees) – two organizations with a long history of successful land conservation in Westport – have developed a unique conservation partnership. Working together, we have protected more than 1,700 acres of productive farmland and open space throughout Westport since 2001, yet many of our most cherished landscapes remain vulnerable to development.
We invite you to help us continue to protect the Westport landscape by becoming a Joint Member of the Westport Land Conservation Trust & The Trustees of Reservations for a reduced rate of just $45.
