- Apply for Keystone Now-- Anyone interested in learning more about our woods and wildlife and their management and protection, be sure to look into UMass Extension's Keystone program, which is accepting applications until March 1. It's an intensive 3 day retreat/workshop at Harvard Forest where you'll learn from some of the best researchers, foresters, and conservationists in the state. Applicants can own forestland, be involved in the care or stewardship of a property, or be active community leaders. This year, Keystone particularly invites municipal officals to apply.
