Policies

Please note that we require a two-night minimum stay on weekends. Three–day minimum stays are required on some holidays and for some special events.

A deposit of 50% of the room charge or one nights' rate, which ever is greater, is required to guarantee your reservation. A 14-day cancellation notice prior to your arrival is required. If you cancel with less than the required notice, your credit card will be charged for the full balance of the nights reserved. If your deposit was made by cash or check, you will be billed for the full balance of the nights reserved. Refunds will only be made for those nights that we are able to re-rent the rooms reserved. A $25.00 processing fee per accommodation is charged on all cancellations and is deducted from all refunds. Any change in your reservation dates, except for an extension, may be considered a cancellation. 

  • Check-in time is 3PM. Checkout is by 11AM. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to relax in the common rooms or hike the trails. If you will be arriving later than 8PM, please call to make late arrival arrangements. 
  • Maximum occupancy is two persons to a room. Children 12 years of age and older are welcome. 
  • Smoking is not permitted on the property.
  • The Guest House does not accommodate pets.
