Policies & Cancellations
Please note that we require a two-night minimum stay on weekends and three nights on selected holiday and special weekends. We suggest that you book your stay as early as possible, but we cannot accept reservations more than twelve months in advance.

A deposit of 50% of the room charge or one nights' rate, which ever is greater, is required to guarantee your reservation. A 14-day cancellation notice prior to your arrival is required.  If you cancel with less than the required notice, your credit card will be charged for the full balance of the nights reserved.  If your deposit was made by cash or check, you will be billed for the full balance of the nights reserved. Refunds will only be made for those nights that we are able to re-rent the rooms reserved. A $25.00 processing fee per accommodation is charged on all cancellations and is deducted from all refunds. Any change in your reservation dates, except for an extension, may be considered a cancellation.
