The Tavern Rates & Policies

Rental period:
9-hour guest rental, Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM. Day use only.

Your venue fee includes:
• (4) 6’ rectangular tables, fruitwood padded chairs
• White linen table cloths
• (1) 6’ X 6’ Projection Screen
• Wi-Fi

Capacities:
16 guests (hollow square set up for meeting space); 22 seated dinner; 45 standing cocktail reception

Special touches:
• The 16’ x 40’ Tavern terrace may be tented for additional space or protection from the sun.Tenting is limited to the Tavern terrace. A tent rental and permit fee will apply. Maximum capacity is 45 guests for the rental space including the tent.
• Local food vendors are available for self-order pick-up ordelivery. Please inquire for details.
• Full-service catering with customized menus, linen, and china is available through one of our approved caterers. Full Hosted Bar service is available. Please inquire for details.
• Weekend and evening rentals 5PM – 10PM are limited to clients who have rented the entire Inn at Castle Hill.

AV equipment must be provided by the client.
Please inquire for suggested vendors if you need on-site service.
