Exclusive Vendors

We want your day to run flawlessly, so we have selected the following exclusive vendors to ensure that your food is delicious and your set up is just what you need.

Clambake Companies and Caterers

The following vendors must be contracted for service at Steep Hill Beach. A contact name and phone number for all vendors contracted by client must be provided at the time of contract signing. Please note that we charge our exclusive caterers a 2.5% catering fee to help defer our operational costs. This fee may be passed on to the client by the caterer.

Rental Companies

Tents, tables and chairs must be coordinated through our exclusive Steep Hill Beach rental companies, our exlcusive Steep Hill Beach caterers, or our Private Event Department. For safety reason, vendors not on our exclusive list will not be permitted to erect tents and/or provide tables and chairs. If you would like our Event Department to coordinate rentals for you, the rental company will bill you directly. We are happy to assist you in your planning process.
