Weekends – Friday, Saturday, and Sunday:

• November – April: $2200

• May – June: Some available dates at $3200 and at $4200

• July – October: $4200

Weekdays – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday:

• November – April: $1500

• May – June: $1900

• July – October: $2200

Rentals are for a total of 7 hours:

• 4 hours of guest time

• 2 hour before guest arrival for the wedding couple, their parents, and attendants. Time can be used for beauty appointments, photography session, and enjoying the property.

• 1 hour of clean-up by vendors

 Additional overtime hours can be purchased if wanted.

Rental fees include the following:

• The fee includes exclusive use of the first floor of the house, as well as the second floor bridal suite for the wedding couple, and their attendants and parents. If the wedding is May 1 - October 31, the fee also includes use of the formal gardens and north lawn. 
• The fee also includes personnel: An event manager who provides assistance during the planning (answers questions, suggests vendors, assists with final walk-through caterer's meeting). The site manager (assigned approximately 10 days before the event) directs vendors on set-up and breakdown procedures, works to ensure the safety of the guests, manages the operations assistant who cares for the condition of the physical property. Also, included in the fee is police detail. 
• The rental includes only those items detailed above. The client is responsible for any other costs associated with their event.  

Payment Details:

• A first payment of 50% is due upon signing the contract and reserving the date.
• The balance of the rental fee is due six (6) months prior to the rental date or January 1 of the wedding year, whichever is first.
• Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

For Social Gatherings - (Anniversary, Bar or Bat Mitzvah, Birthday, Engagement, Holiday Parties, and Baby or Bridal Showers): The above rates apply.
