Noah Schneiderman joined The Trustees in June 2016 as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. He oversees finance, investments, human resources, technology, risk management and outside counsel.
Before joining The Trustees, Noah worked at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, first as Chief Financial Officer then as Chief Administrative Officer, overseeing all operational departments including Finance, Retail, IT, Security, Facilities, Human Resources, Operations and Horticulture. He led the museum’s financial operations during an extraordinary period of growth, securing the Museum’s first tax-exempt bond issuance for its new building and overseeing its operating budget and capital program.
Prior to joining the Gardner Museum, Noah was the founder of NRS Consulting, a financial and data management consulting firm located in Boston with clients including leading area banks, hospitals and universities, as well as the Gardner Museum. Before that, he served as the Capital Finance Manager for the Massachusetts State College Building Authority (MSCBA) where he was responsible for managing financial activities including capital and operating budgets and debt offerings. Prior to MSCBA, Noah worked as an urban and campus planner for Sasaki Associates.
A graduate of Dartmouth College with a dual-degree in Geography and Studio Art, Noah also holds two masters degrees, one in Real Estate Development and one in City Planning, from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
He lives in Needham with his wife and three children.
